1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using PastQ Master (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
PastQ Master is for personal exam preparation. You agree not to resell or redistribute our question bank, scrape content in bulk, share your account credentials, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and the length of access for each package are shown before you pay and are processed by our payment partner. Subscriptions grant access for the period purchased and do not auto-renew unless stated. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once access has been used.
5. Study content
We work to keep past questions and explanations accurate, but the Service is provided for practice only. We do not guarantee any particular exam result and are not affiliated with JAMB, WAEC, NECO, or any examination body.
6. Intellectual property
All software, branding, and original content on PastQ Master belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own study while your account is active.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the Service from time to time. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time from your settings, and we may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.
